Hi. My name is Leslie and we live in the small, agricultural city of Brandon, Manitoba Canada. I have been a small dog lover for quite some time. When looking at some Yorkshire Terrier sites, I spotted these beautiful dogs called Biewers (pronounced BIVA). I researched the breed and decided that I just had to have one!!!!
I looked for a breeder close to home and found one in Minneapolis. When I checked out the website, there was a darling little male looking for a pet home. I emailed right away and was really disappointed to her that he had already been placed. I was told that there was another little boy looking for his forever home. After several emails, Diana, the owner of Greenwood Biewers said that I could make this little guy a part of our family!

I had over a month before picking my little guy up. I wanted to be the best Mommy possible and found a great forum, Biewer Fancier Forum and started to post all sorts of questions. Everyone there was so supportive and kind and put up with all my newbie questions!
In March 2008, I went to Minneapolis and picked up our darling Darbee. While I was there, Diana suggested that I attend a dog show just outside Minneapolis to see what it was all about. That May, I returned to Minnesota and went to the IABCA show in Hutchinson. I was bit by the bug and knew that I would be on the lookout for a little show puppy!
In August, a litter was born at Imperiales D'Morffiz and there was this stunning little boy named Chase. I watched this little guy grow and I was love stuck! When I found out he was going to be placed in a forever home, I contacted Liza and Chasing History became a part of our family.
And for the rest of the fur family.......
This is my first love.... Bailey. She is a 3 year old Yorkshire Terrier
Tia is Baileys half sister and is the little princess in the house
Emi is our 7 year old rescue cat and is the shy one of the group
BooBoo is the eldest of the group. She loves cuddles and sunshine!!!!
Well, I started to show this beautiful little guy and really began to research the breed. I decided that one day, I would love to get a girl, show her, and if she becomes championed, breed her with Chase. Its really hard to find breeding female in this breed, because usally, if the girl is nice, the breeder wants to keep her. I was talking to my friend Diana and she told me that her freind Trudy had a litter from Yummie (who is just beautiful) and Tropper (who is first class) I asked her if Trudy was ging to keep the girls and she said no. So, Diana put me in touch with Trudy from and the amazing "Charming her way to the top". became a part of our lives. We call her our little miss Charm!
